University Centre 3480 rue McTavish, Montreal, QC, H3A 0E7, CA

The SSMU is planning a series of revisions to the SSMU Equity Policy next year. This Open Forum will be a chance for you to voice your opinions and provide feedback regarding SSMU's role in equity and social justice work on campus, and suggest changes you would like to see happen next year.

Two sessions will take place, with the same discussion topics on the following dates:

Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 2-4PM in Room 108 in the University Centre;

Friday, April 4, 2014 from 5-7PM in Room 108 in the University Centre.

The first half of each session will focus on SSMU's role in equity and social work on campus and the second half will focus on revisions to the Equity Policy.

If you cannot make either of the sessions, please send your comments/suggestions to equity [at] ssmu.mcgill.ca.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and light refreshments will be served.
