This event, co-hosted by TISED and GERAD, will touch upon how energy storage technologies embedded within the electricity supply chain may be socially acceptable, economically viable and environmentally sound. Audience members will learn about the driving and opposing forces for developing storage as part of future sustainable electric power systems.

Energy storage technologies, their design and engineering will be looked at as a new component of a wider energy ecosystem whose sustainability needs to be secured for future generations.
