UDL Crash Course for Faculty

The OSD will be hosting a 45-minute crash course on the use of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). UDL is a set of principles for curriculum development that targets all learners. Learners differ in the ways that they perceive information, engage with what they know, and express their understanding of what they learn. This workshop will provide you with tools and knowledge for improving student engagement and retention by addressing students’ differing abilities, language backgrounds, learning styles, life experiences and more.

Sessions will be held:

  • Monday, June 19th, from 2:00-2:45pm
  • Thursday, June 22nd, from 10:00-10:45am
