Construction start: Montreal Neurological Institute - Balustrade

McGill University has mandated St-Denis Thompson to carry out the following project: Montreal Neurological Institute / 22-035 - Priority building envelop repairs, balustrade.

The project consists of removing the stone balustrade.

Construction start date: November 14, 2023

Planned construction end date: December 2023

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Scope of work: Removal of the stone balustrade, waterproofing of the parapet and installation of a temporary balustrade.

Impact:

• Workers will access the site through the MNI building
• Lift operations on University street will be coordinated with McGill, the Building Director and City of Montreal
