Remus Valsan, QRCPCL Researcher and doctoral student at McGill's Faculty of Law, has taken up an appointment as Lecturer in Corporate Law at the School of Law of the University of Edinburgh.

Remus Valsan studied law in at Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest and at the University of Alberta before beginning his doctoral studies in comparative fiduciary obligations at McGill. He became a researcher at the QRCPCL in 2007.
