The team wishes to thank their coaches, criminal defence lawyer
Julio Peris and professor Ron Sklar, along with judge-in-residence
Allan Hilton, Justice Patrick Healy, Me. Thierry Nadon, Me.
Rose-Mélanie Drivod and Me. Alexandre Bien-Aimé. The team
is grateful to all the students, friends and even parents who
helped them practice.
The Guy-Guérin Cup is named in honour of Guy Guérin (1927-1994),
who was justice (1968-1994) and then chief justice (1985-1988) of
the Court of the Sessions of the Peace, which became the
Court of Quebec, Criminal and Penal Division, in 1988.
The Faculty warmly congratulates Katrina and Anja, and wishes them the greatest of successes in Ottawa next month!
