Marie-Claude Prémont to present at the Symposium on the Chaoulli Decision

On February 24, Professor Marie-Claude Prémont will be presenting a lecture titled "Quel jugement porter sur le jugement Chaoulli?" at the "Le privé dans la santé - Après le jugement Chaoulli" symposium. This symposium will examine the effects of the Chaoulli vs. Quebec court decision regarding private care on essential medical and hospital services in the province and discuss possible options and scenarios. Professor Prémont was also a speaker at the Canadian Health Coalition's Roundtable on Wait Times on January 16, 2006.
