Published: 14 October 2004

Christine Zeindler has joined the McGill University Relations Office (URO) as a communications officer. She is responsible for promoting the research activities of McGill as well as supporting other URO initiatives. She reports to the URO manager.

Prior to joining McGill, Zeindler worked as a public relations officer at the McGill University Health Centre public relations and communications office. There she promoted the research activities of the research institute and the clinical mission of the hospital.

"Christine's background and understanding of science and research will be a great asset to our team," said Jennifer Robinson, associate vice-principal (communications). "We want to publicize our research success stories, and do more to promote McGill expertise and contribute to intellectual and public debate. Christine will play a major role in improving our communications on research and science."

Zeindler started at McGill on September 13. She can be reached at 398-6754.
