Sophie Morin, LLM'00, gets 2010 Capitant prize

Sophie Morin, LLM'00, Wainwright Junior Fellow, has received the 2010 Capitant prize for best doctoral thesis. The prize was awarded by the Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique française. The Capitant Prize aims to encourage research in Quebec private law.

Ms Morin's thesis, entitled « Le dommage moral et le préjudice extrapatrimonial », was written under the supervision of Adrian Popovici, Wainright Senior Fellow at McGill and a professor of law at Université de Montréal.
