Updated Templates for Research Associates’ & Assistants’ Appointments, Reappointments and Postings

As part of the implementation of the AMURE collective agreements, we recently distributed and placed on our website templates of offer letters for Research Associates, Regular Research Assistants and Casual Research Assistants. Based on the input of users, we are now issuing updated versions of these offer letters in both English and French. We have also added templates in both languages for letters of reappointment and job postings.

These templates are posted with other staffing letters under the Restricted Site tab in the HR Administrator’s section of McGill’s HR website; log in at www.mcgill.ca/hr/ha. The most current versions of the letters will be kept at this location online. It is therefore advised that you go to the website each time you need to access the templates, as they will be updated from time to time. Requests for access to the HR Restricted Site should be addressed to staffing.hr [at] mcgill.ca.
