Update on May 2 talks with AMURE

At the meeting of both parties on May 2, the union proposed a few changes and agreed to the English and French versions of the texts relating to the seven articles on which there have been agreements since the start of negotiations. These texts will be signed by both parties at the next meeting.

The parties continued to discuss intellectual property and conduct of research, union activities, labour relations committee, and the grievance and arbitration procedure. The parties agreed on the articles relating to intellectual property and conduct of research, union activities and labour relations committee. The talks were productive and led to significant progress in the grievance procedure, which will be discussed further at the next meeting to be held on May 16.
