Fallout from the global financial crisis continues to spread. Prime Minister Harper is holding a first ministers meeting Monday on the slowing Canadian economy. The U.S. is expanding its bailout of insurance giant AIG. China has unveiled a major economic stimulus package. G-20 leaders are preparing to meet in Washington later this week.
