Coaching is foundational to creating and maintaining a dynamic learning organization and a healthy work environment. As leaders we wear different hats and coaching may become a favorite! Effective leaders know how to acknowledge the ability of their employees to solve their own problems and to own their outcomes. They may choose to coach their employee over ‘telling them the right answer’ and are often amazed at the creative ways employees tackle their own problems and arrive at sound solutions that work.
The McGill Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal! This free McGillMoves activity, led by Local Wellness Advisor, Kiki Yelle, will keep you moving while taking in the fresh air and admire the beautiful views of Montreal.
Meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.
