All feedback on Counselling Services is welcome. Your feedback is confidential and will only be reviewed by the Counselling Services Directorship and the Client Service Administrator. The information you share will not affect your access to the service nor will it affect the treatment you receive.
Feedback on our service
In order to better support students, we evaluate our services on an ongoing basis. An integral part of this process is listening to our users. Please use the feedback form below to share any feedback you may have about the services we offer (i.e. workshops, groups, website) or our service as a whole.
Requests to transfer your primary clinician
Difficulties can occur in any relationship, including between a student and their clinician. Most of the time students find that talking about these issues with their clinician helps. In other cases, the clinician and student may agree to transfer the student's care to another available clinician.
In cases where you are experiencing significant barriers to having the aforementioned discussion with your primary clinician:

Your student ID
Your reason for requesting a transfer
Whether you’ve discussed the issues related to your request to transfer your clinician*. If you haven’t discussed these issues with your clinician please outline the barriers to having this discussion.
Counselling Services Directorship and/or a Client Service Manager will review your request; please note that this process will take at least a week to review.
