Help Guide provides practical, motivating information you can use to help yourself and others. From abuse and addictions to stress and schizophrenia, this website covers a wide range of topics.

The Canadian Mental Health Association promotes the mental health of all Canadians and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness.


Please note: To access services, you must be currently enrolled and paying the Student Services fee. The fee is automatically charged to the student account of undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows every fall and winter term. Certain other categories of students may opt to pay a fee to use the services.
