All feedback on Counselling Services is welcome. Your feedback is confidential and will only be reviewed by the Counselling Services Directorship and the Client Service Administrator. The information you share will not affect your access to the service nor will it affect the treatment you receive.
Requests to transfer Client Care Clinician (CCC): Speak to your CCC
Difficulties can occur in any relationship, including between a student and their CCC. Most of the time students find that talking about these issues with their CCC helps. In other cases, the CCC and student may agree to transfer the student's care to another available clinician.
In cases where you are experiencing significant barriers to having the aforementioned discussion with your CCC:

Your student ID
Your reason for requesting a transfer
Whether you’ve discussed the issues related to your request to transfer your clinician. If you haven’t discussed these issues with your clinician please outline the barriers to having this discussion.
Counselling Services Directorship and/or a Client Service Manager will review your request; please note that this process will take at least a week to review.
