Pamela Weightman joined the CRCF as the coordinator of the Quebec component of the 2008 Canadian Incidence Study (CIS) in March of 2008. In 2013, she received her Master of Social Work degree where her thesis focused on First Nations child welfare in Quebec. Pamela is presently the Training Administrator for the McGill Centre for Research on Children and Families and the project manager for the Building research capacity with First Nations and mainstream youth protection services in Quebec project. She has 7 years of front-line experience in the field of child welfare and mental health in Quebec.
