Tribute to McGill bioethicist Benjamin Freedman

bfreedBenjamin Freedman, co-founder and director of the Clinical Trials Research Group (CTRG) of McGill University's Biomedical Ethics Unit, passed away on March 20, 1997. Dr Freedman was not only a colleague and collaborator, but a mentor and friend. We continue to be inspired by him.

His last work, Duty and Healing: Foundations of a Jewish Bioethic, was published by Routledge Press in May, 1999. For more information about the book, and to access Appendices not published with the text, see "The last major work of McGill Bioethicist Benjamin Freedman".
