Study Well!

For many of you, final exams are about to start. I want to wish you all good luck, but more importantly, I hope that you can find the time and energy you need to study well, and stay well during the process. Please be sure to refer to the exam regulations so you are fully aware of the requirements, including things like bringing your ID card, double-checking the schedule and location and knowing when to show up. If you are sick for your exam, you may be able to apply for a deferred exam, but there are important regulations to be aware of and some differences by Faculty. Deferred examinations come with their own challenges, so please think about this carefully before pursuing this option. There is no denying that final exam season is very stressful for most students – good preparation is important, so if you can, try to reflect on the study habits that work best for you. This “study skills” website may be useful. Student services has also put together some options for you around self-care during exam season. Stay, well everyone, and I hope this exam season goes well for you.
