The International Association for Dental Research (IADR) held its Annual Meeting and Exhibition in San Francisco from March 22 – March 25. McGill was well represented by faculty members, post-docs, graduate students and undergraduate students.
Prof. Marc McKee was an invited speaker and gave a presentation entitled "Unlocking
mineralization: Enzymatic processing of the mineralization inhibitors pyrophosphate and osteopontin". The IADR, is a non-profit organization with nearly 11,000 members worldwide. Its mission is:
- to advance research and increase knowledge for the improvement of oral health worldwide;
- to support and represent the oral health research community; and
- to facilitate the communication and application of research findings.
