Dr. Kevin Waschke, a Professor in the McGill Department of Medicine, recently received the Distinguished Service Award from the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG). This award is the highest recognition from the CAG, given to individuals who have made significant contributions to gastroenterology research or provided exceptional service to the CAG.
Dr. Waschke earned this honour after completing his term as Past President for the CAG at the Canadian Digestive Diseases Week in Toronto in March 2024. He now serves as a Counsellor on the Board of Directors at the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
