Peer Advisor Program Manager
Julia Riscaldino has worked as a career coach at Desautels for close to 17 years. Prior to this role Julia spent 5 years in an HR consulting firm providing clients with career strategies and another 8 years working in Human Resources in managing employee benefits. Julia has also spent some time in sunnier destinations working in client services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation as well as a certificate in Employee Benefits. Julia’s strengths are encouraging and motivating students, connecting with people, planning and creative problem-solving. She also enjoys learning languages and is a big fan of the performing arts.

Stephanie has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to occupy several roles in the financial industry. She began her career as a financial services manager where she helped clients with their credit and investment needs, then moved on to business development roles within the investment line of business as well as life insurance, working with clients, advisors and financial planners. She has also managed sales teams within a call center environment as well as managing a business development team for Eastern Canada in the investment industry. Stephanie has experience in advising and coaching employees, clients, and students with the ultimate goal of helping students understand and navigate the financial industry.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Marketing and International Management. She brings over 10 years of experience working with students from various backgrounds and curricula. She has worked in a variety of student facing roles, including student recruitment and academic advising. She has also worked in campus recruitment for a major insurance firm, where she developed an internship program and hired students just like you! Additionally, Chloe explored her love for fashion as a Buyer for a popular retail store. Her strengths include empathy towards students and personal branding. Outside of work, you will find Chloe playing sports, exploring the great outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones.
