Abdul Rahim Saad

Abdul Rahim Saad has more than 17 years of private equity investing and fundraising experience.

Abdul Rahim joined Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm with $28 billion in assets under management, in 2010 and is currently the firm’s Global Private Equity Specialist responsible for driving closed-end fund capital raising, co-investments and deal-by-deal syndications to institutional and ultra high-net-worth investors across North America, Europe, the Gulf and Asia. Prior to assuming this role, he has had extensive experience as a member of the investment team at Investcorp – and previously at Istithmar and EMP Global – across all aspects of the investment cycle; from deal origination and execution, to post-acquisition value creation and exit.

Abdul Rahim is a member of Investcorp’s Placement Committee and an observer on its Product Committee and Investment Committee. In addition to his position at Investcorp, he is also a member of Bahrain FinTech Bay Advisory Board.

Abdul Rahim holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
