Comment être un leader innovant et créatif dans une industrie conventionnelle?

“Innovation” and “Creativity” are on everyone’s agenda. And that’s not just in the world of start-ups and high-tech. Leaders from conventional industries also feel the need to innovate and collaborate to escape entrenched thinking and procedures, to overcome slow-moving processes that threaten new ideas, and to look for new angles and perspectives in order for their company to improve or even survive in today’s economy.

How can you be an innovative and creative leader in a conventional industry where innovation and creativity are not wired into its values, mission or vision?

This panel aims to address those very issues by providing some positive answers – some innovation success stories in industries that aren’t typically seen as innovative, some paths for reflection on how to become an innovative leader.
