The McGill Desautels' EDI and Laidley Centre for Business Ethics (LCBE) teams are delighted to organize this panel in collaboration with the Black Heritage ERG from BNP Paribas. Our three speakers will discuss their professional journey and some challenges they faced along the way, what their day-to-day looks like, what skills are needed to grow your career, and the initiatives that McGill Desautels is taking to equip students to build their future careers.

Our guest speakers will be:

  • Yolande E. Chan - Dean and James McGill Professor, McGill Desautels
  • Kamaldeen Aderibigbe – Head of Learning & Development, BNP Paribas Canada
  • Rod O’Hara – Head of Canada Corporate Coverage, BNP Paribas Canada

After the panel discussion, there will be a networking event from 6 to 7 pm where students will get the chance to speak with about 30 professionals from BNP Paribas, including some who are actively recruiting for internships or recent graduates. Please note that places are limited.
