McGill pension plan annual meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF PENSION PLAN MEMBERS: 
Only open to members of the MUPP

The next Annual Meeting of Members of the McGill University Pension Plan will be held in Room 151 of the Bronfman Building, 1001 Sherbrooke Street West on Wednesday, the 1st day of May, 2019 at noon for the purposes of:

1. tallying and announcing the voting results - continuance of voting procedures;
2. acclaiming or electing one member of the Academic Staff, who is a member of the Plan as of December 31, 2018 to the Pension Administration Committee;
3. acclaiming or electing one member of the Administrative & Support Staff, who is a member of the Plan as of December 31, 2018 to the Pension Administration Committee;
4. receiving the financial report of the McGill University Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2018 and the Independent Auditors' Report thereon;
5. receiving the stewardship report of the Pension Administration Committee;
6. receiving the investment performance report of the McGill University Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2018; and
7. conducting such other business as shall be properly brought before the assembly.

Attendance at the meeting shall be restricted to active and non-active members of the plan, including beneficiaries. All attendees are requested to bring one of the following valid pieces of identification:

• McGill Identification Card
• Personal Ballot/Proxy Form
