In an article for Forbes, Professor Corey Phelps and colleagues from HEC Paris list and illustrate the five common pitfalls that many will succumb to when trying to tackle a complex problem.
Being wary of these traps and adopting a disciplined approach to solving problems, as defined in Prof. Phelps’ latest book, means that you will be better equipped to succeed in the face of your next big problem.
