Desautels PhD Student Wins Outstanding Theoretical Paper Award

Desautels PhD Student, Russell Seidle, has won the Outstanding Theoretical Paper Award, during the Eastern Academy of Management 2011 Meeting for his paper entitled "Experiential and vicarious learning: Implications for the process of technological innovation". This award is presented every year to recognize the best conceptual article accepted for presentation during the conference.
