McGill launches Masters of Management in Finance - Students to run Desautels investment management firm

McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management is launching a new twelve-month Masters of Management in Finance (MMF). The MMF program is designed to prepare students of any academic background for a variety of careers in finance such as investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, risk management, and financial consulting, among others. The program, designed for students without prior work experience, features a comprehensive curriculum that integrates advanced financial concepts and quantitative methods with real-world business practices.

"Our finance professors are internationally recognized around the world for research and teaching," said Dean Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou of Desautels. "The MMF will build on these strengths and leverage our excellent resources such as our student-managed investment firm."
