Montreal housing prices on the rise
The average cost of a home in Montreal has increased by 5.9% from last year, far exceeding Canadian growth averages.
Dominic St-Pierre (EMBA’15), Senior Director Quebec Region for Royal LePage, comments on what lies behind these numbers, stating that Quebec’s robust economy and employment market might have contributed.
