Professor Karl Moore and colleagues awarded grant for study on physician leadership

Professors Hema Patel, Saleem Razack, Linda Snell and Laurel Kim Taylor of the Faculty of Medicine and Professor Karl Moore of the Desautels Faculty of Management were recently awarded a $70,940 grant from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in support of their research project "Growing Future Physician Leaders: A 3-year randomized controlled trial of a leadership development program." The program will teach leadership to residents and MD students in the MUHC system. It is part of an ongoing award-winning research stream on leadership.
