Why a retail management school? Why now?
La Presse interviews Desautels professor of practice Marie Josée Lamothe and BCom student Françoise Dondo as they share how the new Bensadoun School of Retail Management will equip students with the skills needed to thrive in the ever-changing retail industry.
As Lamothe makes clear, consumers will always need to make purchases, but the way in which they do so will be fundamentally different moving forward thanks to new technologies. Future retail leaders must, therefore, know how to adapt, and quickly.
