Shedding light on the supply chain dilemma
As retailers anticipate a welcome uptick in sales amid the holiday shopping season, manufacturing and delivery delays continue to limit just how much profit retailers can expect. In a new episode of the Bill Kelly Show podcast, Professor Saibal Ray, Academic Director of the Bensadoun School of Retail Management explains that many Canadian products are imported from overseas countries that continue to suffer labor shortages from the pandemic, bottlenecking the entire supply chain from production to final sale.
