Roy Kabla

Roy Kabla is a senior banker with ~25 years of M&A, financing, and risk management experience. He has advised some of the largest corporations and financial investors active in TMT industries globally. He also has a significant track record with cross-border transactions and the middle-market. He has worked in London and New York, as well as Toronto where he started his career; in addition, he has spent a considerable amount of time in Tokyo.

Mr. Kabla has served as an independent director of the board of private companies, working closely with founders. He is an active community member: he serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the French-American Foundation in the United States; he participates to McGill’s Desautels Global Experts Program and speaks frequently at its Faculty of Management. Mr. Kabla holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
