Biography: 

Sarah's research examines how social structures influence the persistence of wrongdoing and social responsibility within and beyond organizations. As a network scholar informed by organizational and institutional theory, Sarah leverages a combination of big data, longitudinal network analysis, and multivariate regression analyses to explore these issues.

As an instructor Sarah has taught a wide number of core topics related to management, organizational behavior, strategy, social networks, organizational theory, and business ethics at the undergraduate and MBA levels. She is passionate about creating an inclusive classroom where students are pushed to think outside their comfort zones and grapple with different viewpoints, while feeling empowered and respected.
