Tanya Ezekiel

Tanya Ezekiel is the CEO and Head Executive Coach at Conductive, a leadership and team development firm she founded in 2010, after a 15 year career on Wall Street. Conductive coaches work with senior executives from large and small, public and private organizations, as well as entrepreneurs and mature business owners across a variety of industries including finance, media, healthcare, real estate, communications, technology, film production, consulting and coaching. She recently published her first book Activate Your Opportunities: The Change Agent's Guide to More Impact with Less Stress. 

Tanya started her career as a bonds options trader at Salomon Brothers and went on to run product design and development for the world's largest electronic trading platform at ICAP. She leveraged her experience across Global Markets products and functions to lead a global client relationship management platform as a Managing Director at Bank of America. Her experience and keen sense for how fundamental shifts in attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors can have the most meaningful influence on performance and productivity give her a solid understanding of how people can work together more effectively to drive team performance and impact the bottom line.

She is a highly experienced career strategist, and a passionate and innovative leader and mentor who takes her clients to new heights.

Tanya takes pride in hiring and personally training a talented group of individuals equally certified by iPEC, and accredited by The International Coach Federation (ICF). Her coaches are driven, passionate, and committed to helping their clients grow.

Tanya holds an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She lives in NYC with her husband and two children.
