Dialogue McGill Retention Program also supports:
- Measures to support interns - Targeting students planning to intern in a health and social services institution located far from the place of study and who must incur additional costs to do so.
- Special Supervisory needs – Funding special supervisory needs in context of innovative programs requiring outside supervisor or of internship opportunities in environment under-equipped with required resources.
- Supervisory incentives - Funding activities with the purpose of creating an incentive intended to recruit new internship supervisors.
