From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Independent Research

Maybe you have taken a class with an EL component and have taken a liking to experiential learning, maybe there is a particular issue that you want to investigate, or maybe you have an awesome project that you want to bring to life within the university? In any case, there are several opportunities at McGill to conduct independent research (for credit or not). We have linked several below; please contact us if you have more to suggest.

  • Students can also talk about one of their professors directly to ask about doing an independent project under their supervision,
