Biography: 

Dr. Joshua Gurberg studied Medicine at McGill University and then moved to the west coast to pursue residency training at the University of British Columbia. He then completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard medical school.

Dr. Gurberg is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology and Pediatric Surgery as well as an attending surgeon at Montreal Children's Hospital. He has a broad Pediatric Otolaryngology practice with a clinical and research interest in disorders of the ear, Eustachian tube, and balance system.

Dr. Gurberg is the current co-director of Undergraduate medical education for Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery as well as the medical director of the Pediatric nurse practitioner program at McGill University. He was honoured to receive the Teacher of the Year Award from the Department of Otolaryngology in 2022.
