Paper-based Calendar

 

The eCalendar replaces the original paper-based calendar with a more efficient and automated web-based solution connected to McGill's Content Management System. It provides an accurate, searchable, and navigable academic calendar for the university community.

All academic information is organized as Undergraduate, Professional, or Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies with corresponding University Regulations & Resources, and certain special sections (Health Sciences, Continuing Studies, Summer Studies) are published later in the year. The site also includes filterable Program and Course search tools and content syndication functionality, allowing McGill academic units to reflect information from the eCalendar to their own websites.

eCalendar Publishing Schedule

The various sections of the eCalendar are published according to the following schedule:

  • early April: Undergraduate, Graduate, and Postdoctoral Studies
  • late April: Continuing Studies
  • May: Health Sciences
  • June: Continuing Studies (2nd Edition)
  • August: Undergraduate, Health Sciences, Graduate, and Postdoctoral Studies (2nd Edition)
  • January: Summer Studies
