Welcome to our Room Bookings and Conference Services unit at McGill
We offer a great diversity in meeting spaces, ranging from classrooms, boardrooms, lecture halls and auditoriums to theatre-style venues.
We facilitate these events by offering the following services:
- Booking rooms on campus
- Conference services
- Provision of alcohol permits
- Alcohol/wine orders
- Catering - Please note: we have a fantastic in-house catering service with Dana Catering. For clients wishing to use external catering companies, they will be subject to a fee equal to 10% of the per person food price before taxes and gratuity.
- Room and multi-media set-up
We cater to student groups, internal staff and faculty, and any external client wishing to host their event or book a room at McGill.
