1. Evaluation of the epidemiology of pancreas cancer in Quebec, including the risk factors associated with pancreas cancer.
2. Characterization of the contribution of known hereditary cancer syndromes to pancreas cancer in Quebec.
3. Identification of novel genetic and epigenetic changes associated with hereditary pancreas cancer.
4. Characterization of the tumour biology of pancreas cancer, including changes in the tumor microenvironment and the characterization of cancer stem cells.
