Current research: 

Our research employs a multidisciplinary approach, combining Cardiac MRI technology, epidemiological studies, and health equity principles to tackle heart disease challenges unique to women. The goals are to refine diagnostic tools, develop targeted treatments, and ultimately reduce the incidence and impact of heart disease among women, with a particular focus on marginalized and underrepresented communities.

  2. The POWER HUB—Pathways to CardiOvascular care for Women in Ethnic, Racialized, and Remote communities.
  3. Advancing the Diagnostic Pathway for Women with MINOCA—A Novel Approach Using Oxygenation-Sensitive Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging (OS-CMR).
