PhD trainee, Ayat Salman, co-authors new article

Congratulations to our PhD trainee, Ayat Salman, who is a co-author on a Nature publication based on her work for the liver disease biobank (http://www.nature.com/nm/journal/vaop/ncurrent/full/nm.4197.html).  Ayat’s PhD will draw directly on this experience to explore the necessary framework for a Primary Care Biobank with a focus on Obesity. Ayat has been award an FRQ-S PhD Scholarship and is supervised by Dr. Gillian Bartlett and Dr. Peter Metrakos.
