New Online Courses offered by Financial Services

Dear Colleagues,

 

Financial Services is pleased to announce that we now offer three new online courses :

 

  • OLC 420 – Navigation of the Finance Accounts Receivable Billing Module. This course replaces the instructor-led Finance Accounts Receivable course. It provides you with an understanding of the Finance Accounts Receivable process and demonstrates how to submit invoices in Banner Finance AR.
  • OLC 450 – Advances and Expense Reports for Faculty, Staff and Students. This course includes policy and procedure highlights, sample receipts with explanations for data entry, along with tutorials for the various Minerva menu options.
  • OLC 440 – Introduction to Accounts Payable. This course provides you with an understanding of the processes pertaining to the payment of invoices on purchase orders and payment requests, includes an overview of sales taxes charged on invoices, demonstrates how to query invoices in Minerva and Banner.

 

Participants may register for this course through the Employee menu in Minerva (Training Menu > IT Services System Training > Online Training).
