We will generate a plan that will take you through the process of writing an essay from topic assignment to proofreading that you can also apply to essay exams. Included: narrowing the topic, generating ideas, critical thinking, note-taking and unblocking the writer’s block.
We will discuss how to plan and prepare for multiple choice exams. Included: group and individual study preparation, strategies for handling stem and true/false questions, managing the exam time and networking.
Get the most out of final exams this semester! Learn how to study more effectively and how to balance your schedule with exam prep techniques that will help you ace your exams. Included: study notes and strategies, memory techniques, scheduling and balancing strategies, and exam writing tips.

One hour of FREE tutoring is available to all newly admitted undergraduate students entering their first term at McGill through Student Services' Tutorial Service.
