Scarborough Fair Garden Bed: As the name suggests, this garden bed contains parsley, sage rosemary and thyme. However, you'll also find sorrel, basil, English lavender, echinacea, orange milkweed, dense blazing star, salvia, tickseed, showy stonecrop, Mexican and Indian marigolds.

Fifteen Footer: In this bed, we planted over forty heirloom tomato plants, basil, sunflowers, Mexican and Indian marigolds. We expect this bed to yield over thirty pounds of cherry tomatoes.

Hammock Garden: In the Hammock Garden, we have planted two kinds of potatoes (Yukon golds and des rattes francaises AKA fingerlings). We also planted carrots and beans.

The Jungle: In this unruly garden bed, there is a mix of annuals and perennials. On the exterior, we have brown-eyed Susans, tiger lilies, sunflowers, over forty heirloom tomato plants, French lavender, rhubarb, and red currants. If you were to stick head into the Jungle, you'll also find strawberries, asparagus, more tomatoes, and many other plants that we only see in May and October.

TwoByTen: Much like the Fifteen Footer, the TwoByTen is full of tomatoes, basil and marigolds. If this year's harvest is anything like last year's, we can expect this bed to produce over thirty pounds of tomatoes.

The Hive: Over forty thousand European honeybees pollinate our garden. The hive is located close to the Hammock Garden and is a new addition to the space in 2018.
