Biography: 

Dr. Tianyan Chen joined the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division at MUHC in 2017. She earned her medical degree at McGill University, where she completed her post-graduate training in Gastroenterology. She subsequently pursued a fellowship in Transplant Hepatology at University of California, San Francisco. Her clinical and research focus are in transplant medicine. She currently serves as a medical advisor for the liver transplant program at INESSS and at Quebec Transplant. She is a member of area of focused competence committee in Solid Organ Transplantation at Royal College.
