Faculty of Medicine
Alumni support is essential in helping the Faculty of Medicine stay at the forefront of medical education.
Donor contributions ensure the Faculty’s success by creating new scholarships and fostering a research environment for students to work alongside clinical and fundamental scientists. Gifts also provide crucial support for initiatives such as the New MDCM Curriculum Fund, which will seek to introduce students to clinical settings from their first day at McGill, and the Community Health Alliance Project, which partners first-year students with health-related community organizations.
Private giving continues to provide support for a wide range of initiatives in the Faculty, from transformative gifts like those that have established the Rossy Cancer Network or the Goodman Cancer Research Centre, to support for a state-of-the-art medical simulation centre, research bursaries, or outreach programs that are contributing to healthier societies around the world.
