Call for abstracts: 17th World Congress of Food Science and Technology

The 17th World Congress of Food Science and Technology will be hosted in Montréal on August 17th -21st, 2014.

The congress theme "Research that Resonates" was carefully selected to reflect how understanding the successful commercialization of innovation is more important today than ever before. Included in the program: advances in food science and technology and key industry drivers such as food safety, regulatory and consumers.

The abstract deadline is March 3, 2014, and notifications of acceptance will be sent by April 15, 2014.

McGill University is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. McGill honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather.
